VintageTen is not an organization or an institution, it is a church. That means it is a community of people who have chosen to gather together. It is a fellowship of believers dedicated to exemplifying Christ in the downtown St. Louis neighborhood.
Come just as you are. Worship at VintageTen is less formal then a traditional worship setting, but carries all the weight of 2000 years of worship. We celebrate the gift of new life through baptism and sustained faith though the power of the Lord’s Super. We hear, study and process through God’s Word.
Join us on Sundays and become a part of our worship and faith community. Feel free to discover what VintageTen is all about.
Historic Trinity Lutheran Church, the oldest Lutheran church west of the Mississippi and mother church of the Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod, decided it was time to recapture her role as a church that starts other churches. As the downtown neighborhood developed in to a full-fledged community, the leadership at Trinity saw an opportunity to send a handful of passionate people to start a community in that neighborhood. Those people, guided by the great commission to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:16-20), have found plenty of opportunity to live out God’s love and serve the neighborhood and city they part of.
(For a more traditional experience, we would encourage you to discover VintageTen’s mother congregatioin, Trinity Lutheran Church in Soulard.)
